Join Louisiana CASA for CASA Collab on Thursday, February 10that 10AM to discuss how you can use your communication style to better manage volunteers. Have you ever been in a situation where you knew your communication wasn't getting through? Or ever felt that your volunteer was not on the same wavelength? You're most likely trying to connect with someone whose communication style could be very different from yours. Communicating with different communication styles can be difficult unless you learn how to adapt your style to suit the person you are communicating with. During CASA Collab we will discuss the different types of communication styles and how you can implement it in your day-to-day work life to cultivate better relationships and discussions with volunteers.
