Volunteer Inquiries and Applications
What you will learn:
- How to track people who have expressed an interest in becoming a volunteer,
- How to manage the recruiting and sending of the On-Line Application link to potential advocates,
- Understanding the Optima On-Line Application process,
- How to move through the application process including the online reference surveys, background checks, interviews, and initial training.
