TWC Conference Sponsorships

Registration is now open for the Together We Can Conference that will be held virtually on November 2nd-4th, 2022. This year, Louisiana CASA will be able to cover the cost of the conference registration for up to 5 individuals from each program.

The process to receive FREE registration for up to FIVE participants is outlined below:

​

1.  Use the form below to submit the names for up to 5 registrants for your program. 

​

2. Mail a $25 refundable deposit for each registrant. For example, it will be a total of $125 for 5 registrants. Mail deposits to:

     Louisiana CASA Association

     2051 Silverside Dr. Ste 240

     Baton Rouge LA 70808

​

3. Once the deposit is received, the program contact will receive the CASA promo code.

​

4. Each registrant on your list will need to individually register themselves through the TWC website using the CASA promo code. 

​

5. After the conference, the deposit will be refunded for each registrant who attended the conference.

If you have more than 5 individuals from your program who would like to attend the conference, please enter their names below to be added to the waiting list. As space becomes available, the program contact will be notified. 

Thank you for submitting your registration list. The next step is to mail your deposit check. Once the check is received, you will be emailed the registration promo code so that each participant can register themselves on the TWC website.
