Director of Community Outreach & Marketing 

Louisiana CASA Association is seeking a Director of Community Outreach and Marketing . The Director of Community Outreach will work with the local CASA member programs to plan, implement, and evaluate strategies to enhance community awareness and volunteer recruitment. The Director of Community Outreach will approach all duties and activities with a diversity lens to ensure efforts to recruit volunteers reflective of the demographics of the communities and children served. Director of Member Services

Louisiana CASA Association is seeking a Director of Member Services . The Director of Member Services provides network support and technical assistance to each of the local CASA member programs to meet the objective of "building, supporting, and advocating for a statewide network of CASA volunteers. All activities for this position are in support of each of the local CASA member programs and directed to ensuring program compliance with National CASA standards, building capacity and efficiencies of the local programs and enhancing advocacy for the children in court due to abuse and neglect. Local CASA Programs

Executive Director, CASA of the 18th JDC

CASA of the 18th JDC is seeking an Executive Director to develop and implement a CASA program for the 18th Judicial District-- Iberville, Pointe Coupee and West Baton Rouge Parishes. CASA stands for Court Appointed Special Advocates for children, a non-profit organization that recruits, screens, trains and supervises community volunteers who advocate in court for the best interests of abused and neglected children. The Executive Director will be responsible for the recruitment, screening and training of volunteers to serve as advocates; ensuring the quality of advocacy efforts for the children served; providing sound fiscal management of the organization: and overseeing the day-to-day activities and operations of the organization. Experience in not-for-profit management, oversight and administration; volunteer program oversight; strategic planning, goal achievement, reporting; fund development; policy development and implementation; fiscal management and oversight, and supervision of staff is desired.
