10:00AM – 11:30 AM     Leveraging Technology for Social Change

Workshop Overview: This interactive workshop will explore how technology, including artificial intelligence (AI), can drive meaningful social change within the child welfare system. Participants will learn about innovative tools that address systemic challenges and ensure equitable access to services for children and families. The session will also emphasize the principles of responsible AI use, highlighting strategies to mitigate bias, protect privacy, and maintain human oversight. The workshop will feature a collaborative segment for participants to brainstorm and design tech-driven solutions for their communities. Additionally, HopSkipDrive will showcase its cutting-edge approaches to leveraging technology and AI to create real-world impact.
