About the event
There are sometimes occasions, specifically when allegations of physical abuse are present, when parents of children in foster care might be required to attend anger management classes as an aspect of their case plan toward reunification. This training focuses on the requirement for parents of children in foster care to complete anger management classes. These classes are often a crucial component of the case plan designed to address issues of safety and stability. The goal of the training is to educate CASA volunteers and staff about the content and objectives of anger management programs, enabling them to better understand the education parents receive and to advocate more effectively for the children in foster care.
