Louisiana CASA has partnered with Louisiana State Civil Service to make this Preventing Sexual Harassment for Supervisors training available free of charge to local CASA program staff. The course is designed to help you recognize intent versus impact, explain supervisor responsibilities, and respond appropriately to employees regarding sexual harassment. Upon completion, you’ll receive a certificate that you can use to document the training toward your continuing education requirements.
