This ticket is an admission ticket for the 2026 CASA Conference for CASA staff and volunteers only. Ticket includes: Admission to the keynote (lunch included) and breakout sessions, admission to Awards of Excellence Banquet (lunch included), conference t-shirt, and conference bag while available. Registration & Tickets

Take advantage of Early Bird Registration and save! Register by March 6th using code EARLYBIRD26 to get your ticket for $25. After that, regular admission is $50, and ticket sales will close on April 2nd. We encourage everyone to register early to help us get an accurate headcount and ensure a smooth event experience.

Your ticket includes admission to all keynote and breakout sessions, with lunch provided during the keynote, as well as entry to the Awards of Excellence Banquet, which also includes lunch. Attendees will also receive a conference t-shirt and a conference bag.

Before registering, we encourage you to review the conference schedule and explore the breakout sessions to determine which sessions you would like to attend. During the registration process, you will be asked to select your preferred breakout sessions, as space is limited and advance selection is required. During registration, the session will time out after 30 minutes. Detailed session descriptions and speaker bios are available on the conference webpage.

Multiple tickets can be purchased at once, but you will need to select t-shirt sizes and breakout sessions for each attendee at checkout. Tickets are non-refundable, so be sure to secure your spot early!

Lodging & Meals

We're thrilled to welcome you to this year's conference and have arranged a special room block at Lod Cook Hotel & Conference Center for your convenience. While the cost of accommodations will be handled individually by each attendee, we've secured a room block to make your booking process as easy as possible. Attendees are responsible for booking their own hotel rooms which are available on a first come, first served basis. The deadline to reserve a hotel room in the CASA room block is April 6, 2026.  For meals, a continental breakfast will be provided by the hotel for those staying in reserved rooms. Lunch will be provided by Louisiana CASA on both days of the conference May 7-8, 2026. If you have dietary restrictions, please let us know during registration. Meals will be served as is with no substitutions.
