Confidentiality: Should I Say That?

Working within child welfare requires confidentiality when maintaining sensitive information for the families with whom CASA works. Sometimes, the line between maintaining confidentiality and advocating for a child can become blurred and difficult to ascertain. This training for CASA Volunteers and CASA Staff will detail rules in maintaining confidentiality and the best ways to advocate for children while respecting the sensitive information of the family.
