About the event

Join Children's Advocacy Network for their upcoming, hybrid, NotANumber Caregiver Course.

This course is free and will be valuable for all caregivers. It is an introductory training that is geared towards parents and adults who care for youth. Participants will learn how to protect youth and recognize signs of human trafficking and sexual exploitation.

Some topics that will be covered include: 

- Vulnerabilities 

- Safety planning with youth 

- Healthy relationships 

- Online safety 

- Red flags behaviors

Through a guided presentation informed by Love146 experience working with at-risk and exploited youth in diverse settings, the CAN's Anti-Trafficking Child Victim Coordinators, Maegan d'Autremont and Rachel Austin, will provide information on how caregivers and adults who care for youth can effectively reach and empower our young people through prevention education.

-You MUST complete this REGISTRATION form by JANUARY 25th to attend this course in-person or virtually.   ***BECAUSE SPOTS ARE LIMITED please contact Maegan or Rachel if you register but are unable to attend so we can offer the spot to someone else.
