Recruiter Roundtable

A collaborative space for CASA staff to connect, share, and strengthen volunteer recruitment

Louisiana CASA is excited to launch the Recruiter Roundtable – a new initiative created specifically for staff across the state who lead volunteer recruitment at their local programs.

Unlike a training, the Recruiter Roundtable is designed to be a collaborative conversation. Attendees will come together to:

• Share ideas, strategies, and lessons learned

• Discuss current recruitment challenges and brainstorm solutions

• Share volunteer recruitment strategies and campaigns

• Brainstorm community outreach and engagement ideas

• Review public relations and messaging

• Learn from each other’s experiences across the statewide network

• Build stronger connections with fellow recruiters

This space is intended for CASA staff who actively recruit volunteers at their local programs. It’s an opportunity to connect with peers who share the same responsibilities and goals.

This is not a presentation or lecture — it’s an open dialogue and peer-to-peer exchange. Whether you’re new to recruitment or have years of experience, your voice and perspective will add value to the conversation.
